Once again, the annual SAS barbeque kicked off the start of the uni year for new and returning actuarial science students. Held on the 10th of March, the event provided an excellent opportunity for the first years to socialize and introduce themselves to each other as well as the second and third years, who were more than happy to share advice and wisdom about the course. The food was nice, and the people were friendly. The event was an overall resounding success. The event marks the first of many to come for the SAS in 2021, we hope to see you again soon!
